Client: Developed a real-time deep learning system to detect faces, fires, and hand gestures using custom OSN models and EfficientDet. Achieved 96.6% accuracy in face detection, 97.7% precision in fire detection, and 91.0% accuracy in hands-up gesture recognition. Built for high-performance, real-time applications in safety and surveillance.

Sorting Robot Part Recognition AI Vision Software

Client: Developed an AI vision system for a sorting robot using YOLOv5 to identify and classify four part types with 99.5% mAP@50 accuracy. Leveraged transfer learning, quantization, and pruning to optimize the model for real-time performance in a manufacturing environment. The solution enhanced sorting speed and precision, improving operational efficiency and reducing errors.

Smart Factory AI Solutions

Client: Led the development of AI solutions for smart factories, including intelligent flexible feeders, defect detection, predictive maintenance, and real-time safety monitoring. Breast Cancer Predicting

Client: Invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) is - with ~ 80 % of cases - one of the most common types of breast cancer. It's malicious and able to form metastases which makes it especially dangerous.For training, First is transferred, learnt using imagenet weights, and later finetuned. The system can predict healthy or cancerous tissues above 90%.
